Eric LeGrand moves into new home
After a ribbon cutting ceremony, Eric LeGrand and his mother Karen moved into their new house in his hometown, Avenel, NJ on Friday. The entire house is wheelchair accessible and was built by volunteers with American Properties, The Eric LeGrand Believe Fund and other groups. More »

Travis d'Arnaud to wear boot two more weeks
Travis d’Arnaud met with team doctors in New York today, and he will continue to wear a non-weight bearing boot for the next two weeks and could be back playing by July. D’Arnaud broke the first metatarsal (the bone connected to the big toe) on his left foot on April 17. More »

Zack Wheeler resumed throwing on Friday
Zack Wheeler has rejoined Triple-A Las Vegas, and will resume throwing on Friday. Wheeler received a cortisone shot in the AC joint of his right shoulder at the Hospital for Special Surgery in Manhattan on Wednesday and is expected to be activated and start on May 22. More »

Limiting Kidd's minutes was a no-brainer
Jason Kidd's credentials cannot be denied, but the 40-year-old point guard offers very little at this point in his career. Against the defensive-minded Celtics and Pacers, Kidd has greatly struggled with his shot. If Kidd doesn't score on Saturday, it would be his ninth-straight scoreless outing. More »

Dwight Freeney interested in Giants
Defensive end Dwight Freeney visited San Diego this week but did not receive a contract. Freeney's father, Hugh Freeney, told Adam Schein that he'd love to be playing for the Giants. "But the Giants unfortunately don’t have the money for it. They’re broke,” the older Freeney said. More »

George Hill's status is undetermined, but the Knicks are preparing as if the Pacers' point guard will suit up for Game 6. Hill missed Game 5 with a concussion, and D.J. Augustin had zero assists as the starting point guard in the Pacers' loss. In Game 4, Hill led Indiana with 26 points. More »
