Quarterbacks
Concussions caused a bit of havoc among league quarterbacks last week, flooding the injury report with questionable names.
Cardinals QB Kurt Warner (head) and Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger (head) were questionable following vicious hits last week. Both practiced all week. While Warner still looks like a go, Roethlisberger is now out for the Sunday night matchup against the Ravens, according to multiple broadcast and print reports.
Steelers backup QB Charlie Batch (wrist) is also out. Dennis Dixon will start for Pittsburgh if Roehlisberger doesn't go.
Rams QB Marc Bulger (knee) has been ruled out this week as well, giving Kyle Boller the start under center.
Running Backs
Vikings RB Adrian Peterson (ankle, illness) was limited most of the week in practice, before sitting out Friday due to illness. He is listed as questionable, but is expected to start against the Bears.
Jaguars RB Maurice Jones-Drew (knee) is probable and will start against the 49ers.
Falcons RB Michael Turner (ankle) is questionable this week after being limited in practice all week. He'll be a game-time decision, and Jason Snelling will start against the Bucs if he can't go.
Bengals RB Cedric Benson (hip) is questionable this week after returning to limited practice on Friday. He'll be a game-time decision, but expect to see a heavy dose of Bernard Scott against the Browns.
Rams RB Steven Jackson (back) is questionable after not practicing all week. He'll be a game-time decision against the Seahawks.
Redskins RB Clinton Portis (concussion) has been ruled out. Teammate Ladell Betts (knee) is also out for the season after tearing his ACL last weekend. Rock Cartwright will be the primary ball carrier against the Eagles.
Eagles RB Brian Westbrook (concussion) is out against Redskins. LeSean McCoy will receive the bulk of the action.
Colts RB Joseph Addai (knee) practiced fully all week and will start against the Texans.
Dolphins RB Ricky Williams (chest) practiced fully all week and will start against the Bills.
Texans RB Steve Slaton (neck) returned to full practice on Friday and is probable against the Colts. His situation is murky with Chris Brown starting, but his big play ability is certainly enticing to fantasy players.
Panthers RB Jonathan Stewart (Achilles) practiced fully to close the week and is questionable against the Jets. He'll play, as he's been questionable all season it seems.
Seahawks RB Julius Jones (chest) is questionable after limited reps this week. He'll be a game-time decision against the Rams. Expect to see a lot of Justin Forsett.
Browns RB Jamal Lewis (ankle) is probable and will start against the Bengals.
Saints RB Reggie Bush (knee) was limited in drills all week, and should see a limited role against the Patriots on Monday night.
Wide Receivers
Falcons WR Roddy White (knee) is probable and will start against the Bucs.
Chargers WR Vincent Jackson (ribs) saw full reps on Thursday and Friday and is probable against the Chiefs.
Vikings WR Bernard Berrian (hamstring) is probable and will start against the Bears.

Colts K Adam Vinatieri (right knee) is out against the Texans. Matt Stover will handle the kicking duties.
Ravens TE Todd Heap (chest) is probable against the Steelers and should start.
Cardinals K Neil Rackers (groin) is questionable this week and will be a game-time decision.
