Q&A with the Friars' Hallice Cooke

SNY.tv: Who is your role model?
Hallice Cooke: My role model is Kevin Durant. He's very talented as well as humble.

SNY.tv: What is your favorite subject in school?
HC: My favorite subject is psychology.

SNY.tv: What college do you plan on attending in the fall?
HC: In the fall, I plan on attending Oregon State University. I'm really excited about playing for the Beavers.

SNY.tv: Who got you into basketball?
HC: My dad is the person who got me into basketball.

SNY.tv: What's your favorite part about being a Friar?
HC: My favorite part about being a Friar is playing for a team with such a great legacy. Terry Dehere, Bobby Hurley, David Rivers, Josh Moore, Roderick Rhodes, Tyshawn Taylor and thinking about all of those people just makes me feel privileged to have the opportunity to play for such an awesome team.

SNY.tv: What's your favorite part about the game?
HC: My favorite part about the game is the fourth quarter because that's when the magic is made.

SNY.tv: What's your favorite quote?

SNY.tv: What's your favorite part about the SNY Invitational?
HC: My favorite part about it all would have to be playing with as well as against such good talent. It makes me challenge myself to be better as a player and a teammate.
